Samba 1.9.14 is out! 1.9.14 binaries: Solaris, SunOS, SGI Irix, AIX, OSF1 Hypertext Man Pages & FAQ SAMBA Man Pages 1.9.13 These man pages were created by the script man-cgi written by Panagiotis J. Christias (christia@theseas.ntua.gr). Although man-cgi was modified to bring you the SAMBA man pages, you can get more information and the original script from the Man-cgi home page. These man pages may not format correctly when being viewed from some WWW browsers. Mozilla (Netscape) seems to work Ok. Samba FAQ (Hypertext) or Samba FAQ (text) The section on browsing (and others probably) is well out of date. I hope to change it asap, but in the mean time have a look at some of the other doco that comes with the source. Digest Archive Threaded Form Now that this threaded form is available, the question is, Do you want the digest form to be archived? Please let me know. The HTML versions are the same as above (in .tar.gz form), while the plain text versions are mail folders (100 digests per file, .gz form). Don't forg et to set "Load to Disk" if you need to. NOTE: All Samba binaries and archives available on this server can now be accessed via SMB. Users of version 3.11a should upgrade as bugs have been found. Check the README.TXT file for updates. Contributions Contributions to the Samba suite can be found at ftp://nimbus.anu.edu.au/pub/tridge/samba/contributed. These contributions include Sambatar and the DHCP patch.
