A VMS/UCX/DECC port of XNTPD 3.4v
is finally ready for public consumption.

[XNTPD seems to be _the_ free implementation of the 
 Internet 'network time protocol', RFC 1305].

Stand-alone kits for VMS (this time, including documentation)
are at

The differences to the original version (xntp3.4v from louie.udel.edu)
are also there, as "add-on" kits for those that happen to have picked
up that particular release, and I'm hopeful that they'll make their
way into future "official" releases of `xntp'.

BTW, the latest version of UCX allegedly also has an NTP client.
     I'm not claiming that XNTPD is any better (didn't try out
     UCX V3.3 yet) - free software has some merits of its own ...
