I took the NFR HOT KIT Server setupreg.hiv file and used it replace a 120 day eval version of Win2K Server. Used the certificate number that came with the eval CD, completed the install. Ran istrial.exe from www.sysinternals.com and voila, Full Version. 3+ millions lines of code, looks like they still missed a few things !
