However, you have to have Multinet in order to use it in its current form. I don't know how much work would be involved in making it work with UCX, as I don't have UCX... Parts of the program spawn off Multinet DCL commands; these would have to be replaced with the analogous UCX commands. It also uses Multinet include files, so those would have to adjusted as well. Most of the effort in the port was in the files IF.C and SOCKET-IF.C, and this is probably where you would concentrate your efforts to make it work with UCX. Good luck.
