Blassic is a Basic interpreter in source.
Bochs is an x86 system simulator for other architectures
CDRtools is used to write CD (and DVD?) on various systems. See [-.vu] for vms.
DVDRtools is a dvd fork of cdrtools.
Gnunet is a p2p network featuring extensive user privacy measures.
Circle is another p2p network
openssh is SSH for many systems - remote secure shell
JCIFS is Java code to talk to Windows file shares
Wine is a Windows emulator for non windows systems. It is there to
allow the Windows APIs to be interpreted. It does get used with Bochs
in some cases.
Xlockmore is an X screen locker with many video display hacks to
amuse you.
Xpdf displays pdf documents
