	An OpenVMS version of the POP3 server based on RFC1939 and RFC2449.

	There is some configuration options:

	SPOP3_PORT	- A TCP-port number, by default it's 110;
	SPOP3_TIMEOUT	- A network I/O timeout in seconds, by default it's 90 seconds;
	SPOP3_EXPIRE	- A number of days to keep mails before auto-deletion,
			default value is 0 - messages never is deleted;
	SPOP3_LOGINTVL	- A delaying beetwen logins in seconds, an information value for
			POP3 client, SPOP3 server don't used it;
	SPOP3_CHARSET	- A charset code whic will be included into DECNET mail header;


	SPOP3_DEBUG	- Right id to performs debug output at user/session level;


	Startup SPOP3 server:
		$ @dev:[dir]SPOP3_SRV$STARTUP

	Shutdown server (across cluster):
		$ MCR dev:[dir]SPOP3_SRV.exe SHUT


	To build images of the SPOP3 server:
		$ MMK
