AnalyRIM compilable with Gnu Fortran (G77)

This is an edit of the AnalyRIM spreadsheet and relational DBMS
modified to compile with Gnu Fortran 77. This version has sources,
compile commands (a .sh file) and documents plus binaries compiled
on Ubuntu Linux with g77.

It uses curses and a terminal or terminal emulator rather than a
fancy GUI for user interfaces, but has a number of unique features.

The original AnalyRIM sources can be downloaded on my website
at www.gce.com if desired also.

The changes to compile with g77 were not huge but took a while
to get done. This is presented in hopes it will be useful to someone
and at least allows the old fortran code to be used.
