BTW, all these nifty network tools are documented in the latest version of
the _Guide to Network Resource Tools_ (EARN Association, v2.0) which should
be compulsory reading for anyone using the network more than casually.

You can download a copy in either plain-text form (useable anywhere) or
Postscript form (for neat printing on a Postscript laser printer), by either

a. (on any network) sending a mail message to listserv@earncc.bitnet saying
   GET NETTOOLS MEMO     or     GET NETTOOLS PS

b. (if you're on BITNET/EARN) sending a command saying
   (on an IBM) TELL LISTSERV AT EARNCC GET NETTOOLS MEMO    (or NETTOOLS PS)
   (on a VAX)  SEND LISTSERV@EARNCC GET NETTOOLS MEMO       (or NETTOOLS PS)

c. (if you're on the Internet) by anonymous ftp to curia.ucc.ie
   in directory pub/net/nettools.ps (or nettools.memo)
