this directory contains source code, object modules, build procedures, and
sample output for Hardware Exception Reporting.  the .ZIP file contains
all of the other files, so you can download either the .ZIP _or_ everything
else; the former is of course preferred if you can unzip.

the HER software is much more useful when combined with the HOLMES software,
which should be located in the appropriately named directory.
