OPC$ALLOW_INBOUND - This logical allows you to turn on or off all inbound traffic to a particular node. The default is set to true, if you do not want a node to receive messages from other nodes you must set it to false. OPC$ALLOW_OUTBOUND - This logical allows you to turn on or off all outbound traffic from a particular node.
