So far as I know, there is no DOS command-line version of PGP 5.0. There is a US-only version for Win95/WinNT available from web.mit.com, as well as binaries/source for unix command-line of PGP 5.0i (international). There will be binaries/source available for Win (GUI) at some point of the PGP 5.0i version. That should run okay in OS/2. The International PGP Homepage is at 129.240.64.29.
