Hi,

Although the SDK is available on the MSDN CD, I do not have this CD. I only
have the VC++ v6.0 CD and the MSDN Library CD and the NT4 DDK.

So does anyone know where I can download it from, I have checked
microsoft's web site and it is not a free download (unless you can tell me
the actuall direct link).
