Before You Install This Kit, Read the Following Instructions

Note: On OpenVMS systems, there are some real differences running the JDK that could trip you up! Please read Known Issues in the Release Notes, and Interpreting Commands and OpenVMS Operating System Differences and the following topics in the User Guide, for critical usage information that will save you time and effort:

Note: The JDK has a minimum required value for Pgflquota of 196608 blocks (96 MB), as described in Setting Process Quotas for Better Performance on OpenVMS in the User Guide.
